Kenton's style of teaching is considerate and inclusive of people's different levels of energy and any limitations.

His aim is to mentor and share his experience with all students.


Options are provided for progressive movement through each asana (pose).  Ensuring all participants are practicing at a level they feel safe, secure and accomplished in while encouraging people to progress when they are ready.

Classes are suitable for absolute beginners through to experienced practitioners.

Javi is a passionate and enthusiastic Kundalini Yoga instructor with her journey in yoga beginning 15 years ago in Chile.

In 2011 she trained specifically in Kundalini Yoga and wanting to share this knowledge with more people, she completed studies of school yoga, pre-natal & post-natal yoga.

She is also a Speech Therapist, graduating in 2011, and has some complementary diplomas in Gastronomy & nutrition, phototherapy & permaculture. 

She believes that a yogic life is wholistic and all-inclusive: body, mind, and spirit. 

Her classes are heartfelt and intuitive, gently challenging and deeply nourishing. 

Her emphasis is on creating a safe space, softening and synchronising the breath to keep yourself focused on your own practice.  

She makes the practice approachable & enjoyable for everyone, regardless of your level and walk of life, aiding in your personal growth. 

She is a walking advertisement of what this lifestyle can achieve, her joy being infectious.

Sally believes that each day is a new day that holds endless opportunities. If your body can complete a pose one day but can’t the next, it doesn’t matter.

To honour your body by listening to it, and working from where it is at today, is a real gift.

Sally is a certified personal trainer with a Certificate IV Master Trainer from the Australian Institute of Fitness, and a 200 hour trained Yoga Teacher, registered with Yoga Alliance Australia.

She has worked in the fitness industry since 2015 in gyms and yoga studios in Brisbane and Agnes Water.
