  • bring an open mind

  • be respectful of others at all times.

  • come to practice on an empty stomach. Try not to eat too much 3-4 hours prior to practice.

  • leave your shoes and place belongings in the space provided or as determined by the venue.

  • leave mobile phones on aeroplane mode, off or in your car.

  • water may to consumed if required, especially during summer months.

  • bring a yoga mat, blocks, strap, bolster and a small towel with you to practice.

  • limited mats and props available

  • wear clean and appropriate clothing for yoga practice

  • a toilet is available on the premises or close by in outdoor locations.

  • feet must be clean to enter practice area.
