bring an open mind

be respectful of others at all times.

come to practice on an empty stomach. Try not to eat too much 3-4 hours prior to practice.

leave your shoes and place belongings in the space provided or as determined by the venue.

leave mobile phones on aeroplane mode, off or in your car.

water may to consumed if required, especially during summer months, during breaks or off the practice floor area.

bring a yoga mat, blocks, strap, bolster and a small towel with you to practice.

limited mats and props available

wear clean and appropriate clothing for yoga practice

a toilet is available on the premises.

feet must be clean to enter practice area.
